Teh (10) Reasons To Throw Out Your Microwave!!!

Ten (10) Reasons To Throw Out the Microwave!

From an Article by Anthony Wayne and Lawrence Newell

I’ve known for many years that Microwave cooking reduced the nutritional value of foods to zero (#5 on the list), but I didn’t know about these other 9 reasons that have far more SERIOUS health implications, and longe-term  consequences!

  1. Microwaved food short-circuits (de-polarizes or de-magnetizes) electrical impulses in the brain, causing long-term permanent brain damage.
  2. Microwaved food contains unknown by-products that the body cannot metabolize.
  3. Microwaved food reduces or alters male and female hormone production.
  4. The effects of microwaved food by-products are residual.
  5. Minerals, vitamins, and nutrients of all microwaved food – including enzymes – is reduced or altered so that there is little or no nutritional value remaining in food.
  6. The minerals in vegetables that are cooked in microwaves are altered into cancerous free radicals from an L-form protein to a D-form protein.  The body can ONLY use L-form protein, so the microwaved food is treated as a foreign substance by the body.
  7. Microwaved foods cause stomach and intestinal cancerous growths.  This may be a partial explanation of the increased rate of colon cancer in Americans.
  8. Microwaved food increases cancer cells in human blood (leukemia).
  9. Microwaved food causes immune system deficiencies through lymph gland and blood serum alteration, including decreased hemoglobin.
  10. Microwaved food causes loss of memory, concentration, emotional instability, and a decrease of intelligence.

Now, this information was printed inside a $35 Million, 1971 Report on Human Nutrition requested and paid for by the United States Government with participation of 6 American Colleges.  My burning question right now is with such documented evidence of the detrimental effects on human health, WHY HASN’T THE Food And Drug Administration (FDA) STOPPED THE MANUAFACTURING OF THE MICROWAVE OVENS!!!!!  }-0

My only guess is that it fed right into the “wish list” of the Pharmaceutical Industry, in that WE THE PEOPLE would continually radiate ourselves on a daily basis and become sick and debilitated FOR LIFE!  This would guarantee the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industries Cancer Patients FOREVER!

WAKE-UP people!

It’s TIME to Say “NO!” To POOR HEALTH!…

…Throw Your Microwave Ovens Out TODAY!!!!!

Cancer Alert for Travelers

I like Dr. Sears, and he’s right on the money with this Airport Scanning.  Radiation of any type can be very harmful.  I feel sorry for the many women that are being tricked into getting Mammograms, whose radiation levels have been discovered to be very damaging to the body!  DON’T LET THEM RADIATE YOU TO DEATH!… ask them to physically frisk you…um-m-m, that sound like more fun to me! 😉

Peace, Love and Good Health to all!

Dear Annie,

A few weeks ago, I had the honor of speaking at the annual conference of the American College for Advancement of Medicine. They’d heard about my PACE program and invited me to speak. I have to admit, it was great to see so many forward-thinking physicians embracing the PACE concept.
The conference was held out in Las Vegas, which for me meant a direct flight from Miami. But when I hit Miami International Airport, I was in for a nasty surprise – body scanners.
Have you heard of our government’s plans? I went to the TSA website and found there are already 385 of these units at 68 airports across the country. And they have plans to install lots more…
They say these units are harmless… but I’m not convinced.

Normal Blood Pressure… Naturally

One of the easiest and most natural ways to maintain normal blood pressure is to get your body to produce more nitric oxide (NO). That’s because when NO is released into the lining of your blood vessels, or endothelium, it causes your blood vessels to relax, promoting normal blood pressure.
You probably already know several easy ways to boost your NO levels. You can take in more L-arginine, which is a trigger that releases NO into the endothelium. Or you can eat foods high in cocoa. The epicatechin in cocoa also relaxes your blood vessels. You can also get some exercise, which improves blood flow and nitric oxide production.
But an NO booster you may not know of is the banana. One study found banana extract helps you make NO better than any other fruit,5 although apples and lemons weren’t far behind.
The problem is that studies show nearly a third of people who struggle with their blood pressure, many who’ve followed their doctor’s advice to a tee, still can’t keep their blood pressure under control. That’s why Dr. Michael Cutler offers a unique supplement that supports healthy blood pressure and boosts NO production.
It has nutrients to help increase your NO, but it also has a form of vitamin K that supports your heart by helping keep your blood vessels open for healthy blood flow and normal blood pressure. And it strengthens you bones at the same time. To try this 100-percent-natural formula, click here now…

The people we trust to look out for us over at the TSA claim the dose of radiation from these machines is less than 10 microREM of emission, or about one-ten-thousandth of a chest X-ray. Experts believe it’s more likely 10 times higher than TSA estimates.1
Dr. David Brenner, head of Columbia University’s center for radiological research, said the dose absorbed by the skin may be up to 20 times higher than earlier estimates.2 And Peter Rez, a physics professor at Arizona State University in Tempe, did his own calculations and found the exposure to be about one-fiftieth to one-hundredth the amount of a standard chest X-ray.3
For those of us who travel a lot, that doesn’t sound too good to me for a couple of reasons.
First, an X-ray from a doctor is spread out over your whole body, but most of the energy produced by these machines is delivered directly to the skin and the underlying tissue. I worry the dose to the skin could be dangerously high.
Another thing that’s got me really worried is they’re dosing gonads with radiation and not protecting them. Even when you take a chest X-ray they give you a lead shield to put over your groin area. Are you going to carry one of those with you to the airport?
They’re dosing a woman’s ovaries with radiation, and I’m worried about the effect on the unborn. And it’s even worse for men because a man doesn’t have his body to protect his gonads because they’re located externally.
Your head’s getting as rigorously scanned as the rest of the body with these machines … though it’s unlikely people would hide explosives in their ears or nose. In people over 50, this could be a very serious cancer risk. In older folks, basal cell carcinomas normally occur in the head and neck area. Plus, the effect on the eyes and cornea has not been established.
And some people are more sensitive to radiation than others. Dr. Brenner has specific concerns about passengers with gene mutations. That’s about 1 in 20 (or 5 percent) of the population. These people are more at risk as they are less able to repair X-ray damage to their DNA. This is especially worrisome when it comes to breast and ovarian cancer.
And here’s another thing to keep in mind. The effects of radiation are cumulative. Frequent flyers, airline pilots and flight attendants will be exposed regularly. And what about the TSA folks who operate the scanners? They’ll get many thousands of times the dose that travelers get just by standing next to the machines all day every day. That puts them at especially high risk for cancers.
The husband of my colleague Elizabeth Blackburn recently raised many of these points in a letter to President Obama. You may remember me mentioning Elizabeth before … we’ve worked together for years. And just last year she was awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for her work in telomeres.
Her husband, John Sedat, is a biophysicist with expertise in imaging. He and his team of experts are concerned because:

  • People who have HIV or cancer may be at higher risk due to the high doses of skin radiation.

  • Further research needs to be completed when it comes to pregnancy and the risk that may be imposed on the fetus.

  • Any glitch in power that stops the device could cause an intense radiation dose to a single spot on the skin.

  • The risk of radiation emission to children and adolescents hasn’t been fully evaluated.

The whole thing is offensive. You’re being herded like cattle, and it’s all done without asking. Shouldn’t it be your choice?
So here’s the bottom line. If you’re going to fly, here’s what to do.

1. Refuse to allow yourself to be scanned. You can still fly… but you may have to opt for the body search or seek out airports without the body-scanner machines. It may take some doing but you can plan a route that bypasses airports with the new scanners. You’ll find a list of all the airports with body scanners on the TSA website at http://www.tsa.gov/approach/tech/ait/faqs.shtm. This way you can map out your route and skip the scanners. That’s what I plan on doing as much as possible.
2. Take CoQ10. This nutrient interferes with radiation absorption, so a week to 10 days before you fly, start taking the ubiquinol form of CoQ10. It’s eight times more powerful than regular CoQ10. Normally, I recommend getting 50 mg daily but you can quadruple the dosage before you fly.
3. Load up on vitamin D. It’s the one nutrient proven to reduce the risk of all cancers by 77 percent.4 Spend 20 minutes in the sun and your body will produce thousands of units of vitamin D. If you can’t get out in the sun, I recommend 2,000 IU per day. If you’re going to fly, I recommend a double dose.

To Your Good Health,

Al Sears, MD

Find Out What Those Food Cravings REALLY Mean and How to CURE them!

From time to time, I know that many of us have, or have had, different food cravings throughout our lives!  I remember back in 1999-2002, I had a terrible craving for unsalted tops NABISCO SALTINE CRACKERS (in the green box).  I was eating at least ONE BOX EACH DAY, so whenever there was a sale on those crackers, I would go and buy 10-20 boxes, to last me until the next sale (Well, their normal price was $3/bx!)!  Yeah, it was REALLY BAD! 😦   I even jokingly called myself a “CRACKER HEAD”, when others made comments about it!  I knew that it was some kind of deficiency, but I didn’t know how to find out what deficiency it was in my diet, so I just kept on eating…
To this day, I don’t know exactly when that craving went away,  but I think that in 2003 when my daughter got married in Hawaii, I was eating the best seafood and fish for about a week during my stay there, and that cured me!  Now, when I look at this handy chart, I see that I was lacking Nitrogen, and the seafood and fish solved the problem!
Hopefully, this chart put together by Dr. Colleen Huber will help those of you out there who are ACTUALLY looking FOR SOLUTIONS to your cravings, FIND YOUR CURE!
Have fun and be healthy! 🙂

Man with Lung Cancer just says “NO!” to Radiation, Surgery, and Chemotherapy!

And the “STAND UP and SAY NO!” AWARD GOES TO…

CARL HELVIE

Sometimes you just have to STAND UP and say ”No!” to injustices being perpetrated against others, but especially to injustices being perpetrated against YOU!  Well, that’s exactly what Carl Helvie did at the age of 31. When his doctor told him he had lung cancer and only six months to live, Mr. Helvie told his doctor, “No Chemotherapy, no surgery, and no radiation!”…He STOOD UP!

Here’s the link to a wonderfully inspiring Associated Content interview with Carl Helvie!   Enjoy!

Messages From God

Along my Journey to become more “instinctive”…

Last night, I was up rather late on FaceBook, casually looking through the posts of my friends, when the Instant Message window popped open and someone named “Jeff” wrote “HELLOW”.  Now, normally I avoid chats because they take all of your attention.  However, I wasn’t involved with any special activity at the time, so I chatted a bit with Jeff.  So he shared that he had been looking forward to chatting with me, and I was quite surprised!  He asked if I was into spiritual energy, and I said, yes.  He said “Great, we have something in common!”  So we asked questions about where we lived and what we did.  I told him about studying Kabbalah and writing articles for my Natural Cancer Cures website.  And then he asked me if I had ever heard of Ganoderma, and I had not.  He then proceeded to tell me that he owned an herb farm in Vietnam and Malaysia growing a variety of mushrooms, and Ganoderma was one of the types of mushrooms he grew, which had medicinal properties.  We chatted a little more about auras, and ended up exchanging website information, and after we said good night, I immediately went to view his two websites, and I was very impressed because both of the websites were very professional and on one, he had a complete line of about two dozen products with about 1/3 of them made from the Ganoderma mushroom, and the rest were a variety of teas, coffees and dietary supplements.  And then, I was also surprised that he was using Multi-Level Marketing to sell his products!  I thought, “What a nice introduction to a well-accomplished businessman!”

…and so the next day…

I had an 11am appointment to meet with an old friend I hadn’t seen in at least ten years, to purchase one of his books.  He was not at the agreed meeting place, so I gave him a call.  It seemed that his car had stopped on him and he was getting a ride home to his house, but he wouldn’t be there for another half hour.  Normally, I would have just arranged to get the book another day, but I wasn’t really busy, the sun was out, and my granddaughter was enjoying the ride, so I decided to just “hang out”  eating Seaweed Snack and waited for him to arrive back at his house.

We were so-o-o-o-o happy to see each other, and gave a big long hug!  And as we talked, racing to catch each other up for the last 10 years, he shared some information about the Special Report I was getting from him. The Government spent $35 Million of the American peoples’ money to have the 5-year research done on Human Nutrition, and even though the research was completed in 1971, our wonderful government did not release the report until 1976, and just stuck it in the libraries across the nation, where it was eventually discovered and publicized!  I was sure that the report would substantiate my findings that optimum health maintenance and the curing of disease must be supported by organic raw fruits and vegetables!

My friend showed me his composting bin which had lots of worms, and the area in the back yard where the vegetable garden was going to be planted.  I was almost ready to leave, because my granddaughter woke up from her brief nap, when my friend went into the kitchen and brought out a big mug and said “taste this”.  Now, I’m not a coffee drinker at all, but this warm drink  had just a hint of coffee flavor with a little bit of honey and cinnamon… and it was very good!  I asked him who made the coffee, and mind you, this was the first time that I had physically seen or spoken to this particular friend in over ten years!  When he brought out the box of coffee from the kitchen…

:-OMG!!!!…

It was a box of JEFF’S Ganoderma Coffee that I had just seen on the website

for the very first time, the night before!

How cool was that????  J

God is just full of surprises, big and small,

We must learn to listen and embrace them ALL!

SETTING THE EXAMPLE

I must say that the continuous research that I have been doing over the last two months for www.YourNaturalCancerCures.com has been doing a “job” on my psyche, and pointing, no, pushing me in the direction of the almighty ((((VEGETARIAN DIET )))) once again!

Yes, I was “vegetarian” for about ten years during the 80’s when my children were young, but I’ve gradually gotten away from it over the years, and evolved to eating chicken, fish, and turkey.  Not to say that Fruits and Vegetables are not still a large part of my non-vegetarian daily diet; but now, with all the data I’m learning and writing about on almost a daily basis, proving without a doubt, the undeniable power of 100% Raw Fruits and Vegetable Diets in curing any disease, AND maintaining optimum health, I feel compelled to at least, “Set the Example” ,  and maintain true accountability for my website readership.

How can I continue to tell my website visitors, that if they are sick in anyway, they need to immediately start eating a100% Raw Organic Fruit and Vegetable Diet, when I am sitting down eating, not one, but two pieces of Baked or Barbequed Chicken?????!!!!

Well, I just can’t take it anymore!… Embarrased smile

I must “Walk the Walk” and become that person about whom I write… a conscious, vegetarian, who maintains optimum health and vitality with an 80% or more Alkaline Food Diet, heavily consisting of Organic RAW Fruits and Vegetables with lots of good filtered water and 100% juices!

I’m feeling that I can be that person, plus, I’ve already started my journey…

Since Sunday, November 14th ,2010,  I’ve only eaten raw fruits and nuts during the day, with a fruit smoothie for breakfast, and a big ORGANIC salad at night for dinner. Sometimes, I’ll eat a Veggie Burger with fresh organic onion, lettuce, tomato and spinach on Sprouted Multi-Grain bread.

Now, I’m a pretty healthy person (“60 Years Young…Going On 35”), and I feel good all the time; but today, I feel even better than usual; especially since I got on the bathroom scale, and it showed a 5-pound decrease in weight from just a few days ago!  Now that’s real inspiration!  While I’m not actively trying to lose weight, I sure don’t mind any weight-loss being a by-product of the Vegetarian Diet! J

I have no idea how long I will be able to maintain this “vegetarian” frame of mind, especially since I’m surrounded by Blood-Type “O” Carnivores, who love baked chicken, AND who also really cook well!  Nevertheless, the need to start now is too compelling, so I’ll keep you posted of the experience!

You Know That You’re “Connected” When…

I got a call from my grandson’s school nurse early this afternoon informing me that my grandson had a temperature of 102.3, and he was in the Nurse’s office waiting for me to pick him up.

I was bit perturbed at the moment because a company, HDD, had just “hacked” into my computer and coerced me into purchasing their “Defragmenting Software”  that I didn’t really need (but that’s another story.)

I packed up my granddaughter and left to pick-up KJ from school.  When we arrived, the school was having a “Fire Drill” and all the children were pouring out of the school and across the street away from the school.  I initially thought that it was something more than a drill because the street was blocked off with CAUTION TAPE, so that no one could drive onto it.  I later learned that was for the safety of the children, who all had to cross the street to the other side.

I was directed to the Nurse’s office by one of the teachers, and we made it up to the second floor where the nurse and my son were waiting in her office.  She asked me if she should give him some Motrin, and I politely said “No, that won’t be necessary.”  I let her know that he had experienced snow and ice skating for the first time at one of his friend’s Birthday Party’s on Sunday, and unfortunately, it had started raining before the party was over, and all the children, including KJ, acted like it didn’t matter, and merrily continued their “Winter Wonderland” fun in the rain!

Now, I stayed home Sunday night, as I usually do when KJ’s friends have parties, and when I saw that it started raining, I instantly thought to myself, “Oh no, it’s raining! Too bad, the party’s over, or moved to the inside!”  Later, I discovered from Mommy and Daddy, that the party continued in the rain until the rain broke off a big portion of the skating rink constructed in his friend’s back yard!  But it seemed that both KJ and his sister, Kaelyn, were fine and full of cheer when they arrived home, so, I didn’t think anything of it until last night, when KJ complained of a headache.

So I picked him up and we came home immediately.  The nurse let us know that he couldn’t come back to school tomorrow because they have a “24-hour No-Temperature Rule”, and it was already after 2pm.  So, I told her we’ll work on the fever and see if he’ll be ready for school on Friday.

When we arrived home, my granddaughter wanted to see the movie Lion King on DVD, so I put that on, and they both quietly watched the movie.  While they were being entertained, I got back to my computer and checked my email, I noticed that Posterous had sent me a message, informing me of a new Subscriber to my Posterous Blog, Tammy Camp!  I was quite pleased about it because she is my very first Subscriber, and I’ve had Posterous for over a year now!  What was even more surprising was that when I visited her Posterous site, I discovered that she was a very exciting and vibrant young woman who was thoroughly enjoying life, kite boarding, and traveling all over the world having plenty fun!  And I thought how nice it was to know and see women having the “time of their lives” doing exactly what they want to do, and enjoying it to the max!  And then, I saw that she was also on Twitter, so I visited her Twitter Page, and discovered that she had over 21,000 followers!  Needless to say, she’s VERY POPULAR, an it’s easy to see why!  She’s very engaging, inspiring, and outgoing, and an absolute joy to “Follow”!

But back to the REAL reason for this longer-than-I-expected story…

As I viewed the top few of her Twitter posts, one of her Twitter buddies was discussing how Oregano Oil was great for curing Colds, Flu, etc., and it caught my eye because it instantly reminded me that I already had some Oregano Oil in the house and I could prepare some for KJ to help combat nay viruses and bacteria he had contracted over the pass few days!  I bought it about five years ago, when I discovered how good it was when it came to killing viruses, bacteria and germs!  So, I immediately put a couple of drops in some water and let KJ take a few sips.  I don’t think that I would have thought about it without that unexpected wonderful and timely reminder!

Thank You, Tammy Camp, for being my FIRST Subscriber AND for being a GREAT “CONNECTOR”!

I’m Lovin’ it!
